The fifteenth tee is the highest point on the course and the corresponding view is tremendous. Make sure to take a moment to look across the valley. This however is one of the more demanding tee shots on the course. The hole is down hill with the fairway and green sloping away from the tee down and to the right. The best tee shot will hug the left side of the fairway so that the second shot can use the slope of the fairway to run the ball on to the green. Big hitters can temp fate and try to cut off some of the corner in order to use a highly lofted club for their second shot into the green. That not a bad idea because the green slopes quite a bit from front to back but it will only give an advantage in the pin is in the front of the green. The green itself can be deceiving, it appears from the fairway to be fairly flat, but dont let the mounds in the back of the green fool you. Much like the downhill #2, the mounds are built in such a way that they may deceive you. There is a strong slope from the front left to the middle right of the green. It almost works like a funnel. Once again look at the surrounding terrain before reading the putt.
